  10. Introduction *****************************************************************
  11.   Tiny LHA is a program to compress/decompress file from and to LZH format.
  12. When a file is drag & dropped from a Windows 3.1 file management program
  13. such as a File Manager, compressed files will be decompressed and regular
  14. files will be compressed into *.LZH format.

  16. Requirements *****************************************************************
  17.     Hardware:
  18.         80386 or higher machine
  19.         4MB or more RAM memory
  20.     Software:
  21.         MS-Windows3.1 or higher
  22.         LHA.DLL Ver1.10      (if you do not have a copy, you could down-
  23.                   load it from WUGNET 6

  26.   The author and the developer of this software will not take any

  33. Distinguishing Features ******************************************************
  34.   Tiny LHA has 5 distinguishing features:
  35.     1. Does not use too much memory.
  36.     2. Support Drag & Drop to compress and decompress files
  37.     3. Can compress/decompress entire files in a directory
  38.        with directory information. (New feature)
  39.     4. Support associate command in a File Manager (New feature)
  40.     5. Able to decompress self-extracting files (New Feature)

  42. Included Files ***************************************************************
  43.   The following files are included in the TINLHA.ZIP file:
  44.     TINYLHA.EXE    Execution file
  45.     README.TXT    Introduction (the file you are reading right now)

  48. Installation *****************************************************************
  49.   Copy the LHA.DLL file to the \WINDOWS directory.  If you do not have a 
  50. LHA.DLL file, down-load it from the WUGNET 6.
  51.   Execute the TINYLHA.EXE file from Windows by using either the File Manager
  52. or the Program Manager.
  53.   If you desire to have TinyLHA loaded every time Windows is started, add
  54. the TINYLHA.EXE to the Start-up group (^_^).

  56. Uninstallation ***************************************************************
  57.   Just delete the TINYLHA.EXE and this README.TXT files.  There are no other
  58. files such as the *.INI file associated with this program.
  59.  
  60. How to Use *******************************************************************
  61.   1. Compression
  62.     -Select files to compress into *.LZH format from a file management
  63.      software such as a File Manager.  It is possible to select
  64.      multiple files.  Files already with *.LZH extension will not be
  65.      compressed.
  66.     -Drag and drop the files onto the Tiny LHA icon.
  67.     -A dialog box will appear asking you to enter the compressed format
  68.      file names.
  69.     -Compressed files will be created in the same directory as the
  70.      original files.
  71. WARNINGS:
  72.     -If a directory is dropped, directory structure information will
  73.      be compressed, but empty directory will not be compressed.
  74.      (LHA specification)
  75.     -If several files are selected and dropped on to the Tiny LHA
  76.      icon, even files with LZH extension will be re-compressed.
  77.      Please decompress files one at a time.

  79.   2. Decompression
  80.     -Select a file with *.LZH extension to be decompressed from a 
  81.      file management software such as a File Manager.  The file must
  82.      be compressed in *.LZH format.
  83.     -Drag and drop the file onto the Tiny LHA icon.
  84.     -The file will be decompressed in the same directory as the
  85.      original compressed file.
  86. NOTES:
  87.     -If Tiny LHA program is associated with the LZH extension in the
  88.      File Manager, a *.LZH file can be decompressed by just double-
  89.      clicking the file.
  90. WARNINGS:
  91.     -If a *.LZH file contains directory information, subdirectories
  92.      will be created when it is decompressed.

  126. Miscellaneous ****************************************************************
  127.   If this type of memory resident accessory were written in VB or C++, it
  128. will become very large and slow. It is best if it is written in C (with some
  129. assembly).

  132. able to know that it is a LHA icon with just one look, but...
